"Let the waltz begin" at the World Heritage Festival in Vichy

The Vienna Opera Ball Orchestra under the direction of chief conductor Laszlo Gyüker made the large park in Vichy, France, sing and dance and acted as an outstanding advertising ambassador for Austria.

The soprano Nicole Lubinger and the baritone Günter Haumer provided exquisite operetta feeling, the Heurigen quartet of the Vienna Opera Ball Orchestra for Austrian serenity.

At the grand evening concert, the Vienna Opera Ball Orchestra thrilled the audience with Austrian and French repertoire. With the rousing rhythms of the Cancans, the Danube Waltz and the Radetzky March, no one was left on the edge of their seats. A swinging bat quadrille under the direction of Manfred Zehender as well as numerous, vehemently demanded encores formed the crowning conclusion.
